The TLS tool presetter series represents a compact application based on the following description, which makes it easy for people to understand the working principle of the tool presetter: just when the cutting edge of the tool comes into contact with the tool presetter, the system will generate highly repetitive signals transmitted to the CNC. Compare the tool measurement values obtained through signal processing with the nominal values previously stored in the CNC to determine tool wear and damage.
